Remote Client Solutions Representative
Position Overview
AO Globe Life is looking for a Remote Client Solutions Representative to help individuals and families understand insurance options that may support their protection goals. You will work with prospective clients, complete virtual needs-based appointments, and provide education on life, supplemental health, and accident insurance.
This position offers a supportive remote environment for professionals who are coachable, motivated, organized, and committed to delivering outstanding client service.
Responsibilities
Work with warm leads supplied by the company
Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
Complete needs-based reviews to understand client priorities
Educate clients about life, supplemental health, and accident insurance
Recommend appropriate products and services
Follow up consistently with clients
Maintain strong client relationships through professional communication
Participate in team meetings, training, and coaching

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
