Position Overview
AO Globe Life is hiring a Remote Family Protection Advisor to help individuals and families understand insurance options that may support their financial security. You will work with prospective clients virtually, learn about their needs, and explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance products.
This role offers a structured remote environment for professionals who are coachable, motivated, and committed to helping clients make informed decisions.
Responsibilities
Contact prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
Schedule and conduct virtual insurance consultations
Complete customer-focused needs reviews
Explain life, supplemental health, and accident coverage options
Answer questions and provide clear client guidance
Follow up promptly and maintain professional relationships
Maintain accurate client records and documentation
Attend ongoing training and development sessions

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
