You will work directly with prospective clients who have requested information, help identify their needs, and educate them on available insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Work with warm leads supplied by the company

• Schedule virtual client meetings

• Conduct client-focused needs reviews

• Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance coverage

• Provide clear answers to client questions

• Recommend appropriate products and services based on individual needs

• Follow up consistently and maintain professional relationships

• Participate in training and performance coaching
