What You’ll Do
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families
Explain available benefit options and guide clients through enrollment
Provide personalized recommendations based on each client’s needs
Maintain accurate digital records and manage follow-up communication
Build long-term client relationships through professionalism and consistency
Participate in training, mentorship, and team development sessions
Expand professional connections through client interaction and referrals
