Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with members via Zoom

  • Help individuals and families understand available coverage options

  • Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process

  • Provide ongoing account support, including updates and client assistance

  • Maintain accurate digital records and documentation

  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and state regulations


Qualifications

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a service-focused mindset

  • Comfortable using digital tools and managing responsibilities in a remote environment

  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities

  • Problem-solving skills and a resourceful approach to client needs

  • Customer service or client-facing experience is helpful but not required

Training and mentorship are provided to support your success.

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States

  • Must be physically located within the United States

  • Reliable high-speed internet connection

  • Windows-based laptop or PC with webcam access
