What You'll Do
🤝 Member Consultations & Benefits Education
As a Remote Member Protection Consultant, you'll:
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone
Connect with members seeking information about available benefits
Listen carefully to understand individual and family protection needs
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Answer questions about benefits, coverage, and policy features
Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations
Help members evaluate available options and make informed decisions
Guide eligible members through applications and enrollment
Assist with required documentation and account information
Maintain accurate digital client records
Provide Long-Term Member Service
Your role doesn't end after enrollment.
You'll continue helping members with:
Policy reviews
Beneficiary updates
Coverage questions
Policy changes and account service requests
Claims-related guidance
Follow-up communication
Changes in family protection needs
Ongoing client support
The goal is to build long-term relationships based on trust, professionalism, education, and exceptional service.
