Virtual Member Services Representative
Position Overview
AO Globe Life is looking for a Virtual Member Services Representative to support individuals, families, labor union members, credit union members, and association members as they explore insurance coverage options. You will help clients understand their benefits, answer questions, and provide a professional client experience from the first conversation through follow-up.
This remote opportunity provides training, warm leads, mentorship, and an income structure with unlimited earning potential.
Responsibilities
Connect with members and prospective clients through warm leads
Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
Identify client needs through customer-focused conversations
Present life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
Help clients understand available benefits and coverage choices
Provide responsive follow-up and client support
Maintain organized records and professional documentation
Attend training, coaching, and team development meetings

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
