AO Globe Life is seeking a Virtual Financial Services Associate to support clients as they explore insurance products designed to help protect their financial well-being. You will work remotely with individuals and families, conduct needs-based conversations, and explain available coverage options.

Responsibilities
Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
Schedule and complete virtual appointments
Conduct customer-focused needs reviews
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Assist clients with understanding product benefits
Provide clear communication and timely follow-up
Maintain accurate client records
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and leadership development

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
