Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
Maintain accurate digital records and follow-up communication
Deliver excellent customer service to build long-term client relationships
Participate in training sessions, development programs, and team meetings
