Remote Insurance Education Specialist
Position Overview
AO Globe Life is seeking a Remote Insurance Education Specialist to help clients understand insurance coverage options and make informed decisions for themselves and their families. You will work virtually with prospective clients, provide needs-based education, and support a professional and positive insurance experience.
This role offers warm leads, weekly pay, ongoing coaching, and the flexibility of a fully remote work environment.
Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients through warm leads
Schedule and conduct virtual client consultations
Ask questions to understand client needs and priorities
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Educate clients on benefits, coverage, and available services
Provide timely follow-up and responsive support
Maintain organized and accurate client communication records
Attend training and participate in team development

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
