Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of sales professionals
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
Set clear expectations, goals, and accountability standards for your team
Foster a collaborative, results-driven remote culture
Oversee client engagement to ensure professional, compliant service delivery
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve results
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory requirements
Support business growth through team expansion and productivity optimization
Qualifications
Prior leadership or management experience (sales or client-facing teams preferred)
Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
Proven ability to motivate and develop others

Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
