Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

  • Prior leadership or management experience (sales or client-facing teams preferred)

  • Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills

  • Proven ability to motivate and develop others

  • Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of performance

  • Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
