Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Entry-Level Managing Agent, you will:
Engage with Members: Conduct daily phone consultations with pre-qualified members to understand their financial needs.
Provide Expert Guidance: Assess client situations and explain supplemental coverage options clearly and professionally.
Build Client Relationships: Establish trust through consistent communication, follow-ups, and personalized support.
Support Existing Policyholders: Assist with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims guidance.
Ensure Compliance: Adhere to all state regulations and ethical sales standards to maintain transparency and trust.
Ideal Candidate Profile
This role is well suited for individuals who are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally.
Preferred qualifications include:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort using computers, digital tools, and virtual platforms
Excellent organization and time-management abilities
Self-motivated mindset with attention to detail
Sales or customer-facing experience (preferred but not required)
Goal-oriented and competitive nature
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
