Remote Customer Service Team Lead

Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of remote client service professionals
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback
Foster a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented team culture
Strategy & Performance Management
Implement strategies that support team productivity and consistent growth
Monitor individual and team performance metrics and provide data-driven guidance
Lead by example through strong client service practices and engagement
Client Experience & Relationship Management
Ensure a high standard of professionalism and client satisfaction across the team
Support team members in resolving complex client questions or service needs
Promote long-term client relationships through strong communication and service
Training & Continuous Improvement
Conduct regular training sessions on communication, service practices, and workflow systems
Communicate updates related to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
Identify skill gaps and implement development plans to improve team performance
Qualifications
Proven leadership experience in customer service, consulting, or client-facing environments
Strong communication, coaching, and team development skills
Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage remote teams
Organized, self-motivated, and performance-focused
Ability to track metrics and improve team productivity
