In this role, you will support team performance, maintain a high standard of client service, and help drive continued growth through effective leadership and strategy.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

  • Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of remote client service professionals

  • Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and performance feedback

  • Foster a collaborative, accountable, and results-oriented team culture

Strategy & Performance Management

  • Implement strategies that support team productivity and consistent growth

  • Monitor individual and team performance metrics and provide data-driven guidance

  • Lead by example through strong client service practices and engagement

Client Experience & Relationship Management

  • Ensure a high standard of professionalism and client satisfaction across the team

  • Support team members in resolving complex client questions or service needs

  • Promote long-term client relationships through strong communication and service

Training & Continuous Improvement

  • Conduct regular training sessions on communication, service practices, and workflow systems

  • Communicate updates related to policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

  • Identify skill gaps and implement development plans to improve team performance


Qualifications

  • Proven leadership experience in customer service, consulting, or client-facing environments

  • Strong communication, coaching, and team development skills

  • Demonstrated ability to motivate and manage remote teams

  • Organized, self-motivated, and performance-focused

  • Ability to track metrics and improve team productivity
