Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with individuals and families via Zoom

  • Help clients understand available coverage options and guide them through the enrollment process

  • Build strong, long-term relationships through clear communication and reliable service

  • Support members with account updates, policy reviews, and general assistance

  • Maintain accurate digital documentation and client records

  • Use modern digital tools and CRM systems to manage client interactions efficiently

  • Participate in ongoing training sessions and team development meetings

  • Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards
