Key Responsibilities
Recruit, onboard, and develop a team of client service professionals
Provide ongoing coaching, mentorship, and constructive performance feedback
Set clear expectations, goals, and accountability standards for team members
Foster a collaborative, results-oriented remote team culture
Oversee client engagement to ensure professional and compliant service delivery
Monitor performance metrics and implement strategies to improve team results
Ensure adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and regulatory guidelines

Qualifications
Prior leadership or management experience, particularly in client service or customer-focused teams
Strong communication, coaching, and organizational skills
