What You'll Do
As a Member Legacy Protection Consultant, you'll help members understand their available benefits while providing exceptional service throughout the client relationship.
Member Consultations & Protection Planning
Meet with members through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Connect with individuals who have requested information about available benefits
Identify individual and family financial protection needs
Educate members about life insurance and supplemental benefit options
Explain coverage, policy features, and available benefits clearly
Provide personalized, needs-based recommendations
Guide members through applications and enrollment
Answer questions with professionalism, accuracy, and care
Long-Term Member Service
Your relationship with members continues after enrollment.
You'll also assist with:
Policy reviews
Beneficiary updates
Coverage questions
Policy and account service requests
Claims-related guidance and assistance
Changes in family protection needs
Follow-up communication
Maintaining accurate digital records
The goal is to become a trusted resource for the families you serve—not simply complete a transaction.

Representatives receive access to qualified member opportunities through our established lead system.
You'll focus your time on:
Connecting with members who have requested information
Conducting virtual benefit consultations

Representatives are not required to purchase leads.

Applicants must:
