What You'll Do
As a Client Benefits Experience Specialist, you'll:
Welcome and onboard new members through a seamless enrollment experience
Meet with clients virtually using Zoom and phone consultations
Provide personalized guidance based on each client's goals and benefit needs
Present supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
Respond promptly to client questions while delivering outstanding customer service
Build long-term relationships through ongoing communication and follow-up
Organize appointments and maintain accurate digital records
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable state regulations
Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and leadership development
