Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with Members: Reach out to members daily using our warm lead database to understand their needs.
  • Assess Needs & Offer Solutions: Recommend life insurance and supplemental benefits that fit each member’s financial situation.
  • Provide Excellent Service: Ensure members are satisfied and supported throughout their experience.
  • Guide Through the Process: Help members complete applications, answering any questions or concerns along the way.
  • Offer Ongoing Support: Assist with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims management.
  • Stay Compliant: Adhere to all ethical and regulatory standards in life insurance sales and servicing.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Able to connect with others through clear, confident written and verbal communication.
  • Organized & Tech-Savvy: Proficient in time management and using digital tools to stay efficient.
  • Self-Motivated: Driven to exceed sales goals and deliver outstanding results.
  • Sales Experience: A background in sales is preferred, but not required.
  • Life Insurance License: Ability to qualify for and maintain a Life Insurance License.
  • Competitive & Solution-Oriented: A problem-solver with a competitive mindset and strong critical thinking skills.
  • Independent & Collaborative: Comfortable working solo and as part of a remote team.
  • Coachable: Open to feedback and eager to implement constructive advice.

  • Must be a U.S. citizen or legally authorized to work in the United States.
