🤝 Be the Person Clients Can Count On
A great member experience is about more than answering a question.
It's about listening carefully, communicating clearly, following through, and making people feel confident about the decisions they're making.
As a Member Experience & Benefits Consultant, you'll serve as a professional resource for prospective and existing clients throughout their experience.
Your responsibilities may include:
Conduct scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Welcome and assist prospective clients
Connect with individuals and families interested in available benefits

Maintain accurate digital client records
Manage appointments and follow-up activities
Build lasting relationships through dependable service
Your goal is to create a positive client experience before, during, and after enrollment.
🛡️ Benefits Education & Personalized Guidance
Once appropriately licensed, you'll help clients understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
Rather than providing a one-size-fits-all experience, you'll learn how to understand each client's situation and explain available options based on their needs.
Responsibilities may include:
Conducting virtual benefit consultations
Identifying individual and family protection priorities
Explaining coverage features
Answering benefit questions
Helping clients evaluate available choices
Providing needs-based recommendations
Assisting eligible clients through applications
Guiding clients through enrollment
Completing required documentation
Assisting with beneficiary information
Conducting applicable benefit and policy reviews
Providing continued service after enrollment
Our approach emphasizes education, relationships, and informed decision-making rather than high-pressure sales tactics.
❤️ Build Relationships Beyond Enrollment
Exceptional client service doesn't necessarily stop when an application is completed.
Depending on the client's needs, ongoing support may include:
Policy and benefit reviews
Beneficiary updates
Coverage-related questions
Client follow-up
Appropriate policy-service requests
Guidance toward applicable claims or service resources
Continued relationship management
The goal is to become a dependable professional resource clients feel comfortable contacting when they have questions about their coverage.
📞 Qualified Client Opportunities – No Traditional Cold Calling
Representatives have access to qualified client opportunities, including individuals and families interested in receiving information regarding available benefits.
No lead purchasing is required.
Rather than spending your time purchasing prospect lists, your focus can remain on:
