Position Overview
AO Globe Life is seeking a Remote Protection Services Advisor to assist clients as they explore insurance options for themselves and their families. You will work from home, meet with prospective clients virtually, and provide education around life, accident, and supplemental health insurance products.
This role is well suited for motivated professionals who enjoy working with people and want a career supported by training, mentorship, warm leads, and growth opportunities.
Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients through warm leads
Schedule and complete virtual appointments
Conduct customer-focused needs discussions
Explain insurance products, benefits, and coverage options
Help clients make informed decisions
Follow up professionally and maintain positive client relationships
Keep accurate client records
Participate in ongoing coaching and professional development

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
