Position Overview
AO Globe Life is looking for a Work-From-Home Insurance Advisor to help clients understand their options for life, accident, and supplemental health insurance. You will work with warm leads, conduct virtual appointments, and help individuals and families feel informed and confident as they make coverage decisions.
We provide the training, mentorship, and resources needed to build professional skills and create a rewarding remote career.
Responsibilities
Contact prospective clients using company-provided warm leads
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations
Identify client needs through a customer-focused review process
Explain available coverage options and product benefits
Help clients understand their choices and next steps
Provide consistent follow-up and professional support
Maintain accurate client communication records
Participate in coaching, training, and team meetings

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
