📞 Turn Conversations Into Booked Appointments — From Home
Are you friendly on the phone, organized, dependable, and good at keeping conversations moving?
We’re looking for motivated individuals to join our expanding virtual recruiting team as Remote Phone Bookers / Appointment Schedulers.
You’ll connect with prospective candidates who have already applied or expressed interest in learning about one of our career opportunities, confirm their interest, schedule their next step, and follow up when needed.
Your role is straightforward but extremely important:
Connect → Confirm Interest → Book the Appointment → Follow Up → Help Candidates Show Up
You won’t be expected to conduct full interviews or explain every detail of the opportunity. Your primary responsibility is helping interested applicants successfully move through the scheduling process.
No previous recruiting or appointment-setting experience is required. Training and ongoing coaching are provided.

Submitted an application
Responded to a job advertisement
Expressed interest in a career opportunity
Started the recruiting process
Scheduled previously but need to reschedule

Help the candidate locate scheduling information
Answer basic process questions
Help them reschedule if their original time no longer works
