AO Globe Life is seeking Benefits Enrollment Specialists for a fully remote opportunity supporting members and families across our markets. You will help clients understand insurance options and guide them through a needs-based review process.

Core Duties
Work with warm leads supplied by the company
Schedule and conduct virtual client meetings
Review individual and family insurance needs
Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health coverage
Build trust through clear communication and follow-up
Maintain accurate documentation and client records

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
