What You'll Do
- Connect with individuals who requested information about available benefit programs
- Learn about each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
- Explain available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options clearly and professionally
- Recommend appropriate coverage solutions based on individual circumstances
- Guide clients through the enrollment process from start to finish
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with company and regulatory standards
- Provide ongoing client support, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and general account assistance when needed
- Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship programs, and professional development sessions

- Must be physically located within the United States
- Reliable high-speed internet connection
- Windows-based laptop or desktop computer with webcam capability
- Eligible to obtain a Life Insurance License (licensing support provided)
