Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Consultant, you will:
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
Explain available coverage options in a clear and professional manner
Provide personalized recommendations based on individual needs and goals
Deliver prompt, professional support while resolving client questions
Build long-term client relationships through follow-up and ongoing service
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company guidelines
Manage appointments and schedules efficiently using digital tools
Qualifications
