Key Responsibilities
Connect with members using company-provided warm leads
Conduct virtual consultations by phone and Zoom
Assess financial protection needs and recommend appropriate supplemental benefit solutions
Guide members through the enrollment process while delivering an outstanding client experience
Build long-term relationships through ongoing service, policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance
Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with all company policies and state regulations
Participate in ongoing training, coaching, and professional development

Previous experience in sales, customer service, financial services, insurance, healthcare, or recruiting is helpful—but not required. We provide comprehensive training for motivated individuals ready to build a successful career.
Minimum Qualifications
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Ability to obtain a state Life & Health Insurance License (licensing guidance provided)
Reliable high-speed internet connection
