Key Responsibilities
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with members who have requested information
Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process with professionalism
Build strong relationships through consistent communication and follow-up
Support existing members with account updates, policy reviews, and general assistance
Maintain accurate digital documentation and client records
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
This opportunity is well suited for individuals who are motivated, detail-oriented, and eager to grow professionally.
Preferred qualifications include:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort using computers, digital tools, and virtual meeting platforms
