What You'll Do

As a Remote Insurance Representative, you'll meet with clients virtually to understand their needs, explain available benefit options, assist with enrollment, and provide ongoing service.

Client Service & Benefits Education

  • Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone
  • Learn about each client's individual and family protection needs
  • Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
  • Answer questions regarding benefits, coverage, and policy features
  • Provide needs-based recommendations in a clear, professional manner
  • Assist clients with applications and enrollment
  • Help complete required documentation
  • Provide ongoing support after enrollment

Client Relationship Management

  • Build long-term relationships through trust and exceptional service
  • Maintain consistent and professional follow-up communication
  • Assist with policy reviews and service requests
  • Help clients understand policy information and available options
  • Maintain organized and accurate digital records
  • Deliver a positive client experience from the initial appointment through ongoing service

Applicants must:

  • Hold or be willing and able to obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License

Licensing guidance is available for candidates who are not currently licensed.
