Position Overview
AO Globe Life is seeking a Client Coverage Advisor to help individuals and families understand insurance products that may support their financial protection goals. You will work remotely, speak with clients through virtual appointments, and provide a clear, helpful experience throughout the coverage review process.
This position is well suited for someone who is motivated, people-oriented, and ready to grow professionally through ongoing training and mentorship.
Responsibilities
Connect with prospective clients from warm lead sources
Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
Identify individual and family coverage needs
Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
Provide clear answers to client questions
Help clients make informed decisions
Follow up professionally and maintain client relationships
Participate in team training and coaching programs

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
