What You’ll Do
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with clients via Zoom
Guide new clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through ongoing support
Maintain accurate documentation while following compliance standards
Use digital systems and tools to manage appointments and client records efficiently
