What You'll Do
As a Remote Insurance Representative, you'll educate clients, build lasting relationships, and provide exceptional service throughout every stage of the customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Meet virtually with clients through Zoom and phone appointments.
Connect with qualified members who have requested benefit information.
Present personalized life, accident, and supplemental health insurance solutions.
Assess client needs and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Guide clients through the enrollment process.
Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
Provide outstanding customer service before and after enrollment.
Maintain accurate client records while following company and state compliance requirements.
Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and leadership development.
