Empower Members. Protect Families. Build Your Legacy.

Are you looking for a career where your work has purpose, your performance creates opportunity, and you can build long-term professional success from home?

AO is seeking motivated, service-driven professionals to join our growing virtual team as Legacy Protection Advisors. In this role, you'll work with individuals and families who are seeking information about available life insurance and supplemental benefits, helping them understand their options and make informed decisions about protecting the people they care about most.

This opportunity combines member service, benefits education, relationship building, and consultative insurance sales within a fully remote environment.

No prior insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development.

About AO

AO operates within the American Income Division of Globe Life and has a long history of serving working families and members of various organizations throughout North America.

We help provide supplemental insurance protection to individuals and families, including members of labor unions, credit unions, associations, veterans, and other groups.

Our culture is centered on:

  • Exceptional member service
  • Integrity and professionalism
  • Long-term client relationships
  • Personal accountability
  • Continuous learning
  • Leadership development
  • Performance-based advancement

Our goal isn't simply to enroll clients in coverage. It's to build relationships that allow us to continue serving families as their needs change over time.

What You'll Do

As a Legacy Protection Advisor, you'll meet with members virtually to review available benefits, understand their protection needs, explain coverage options, and provide ongoing service.

Member Consultations & Benefits Education

  • Conduct scheduled virtual consultations through Zoom and phone
  • Connect with members interested in learning about available benefits
  • Identify individual and family financial protection needs
  • Explain life insurance and supplemental benefit options clearly
  • Answer questions regarding coverage, policy features, and available benefits
  • Provide needs-based recommendations
  • Guide members through applications and enrollment
  • Assist with required documentation and account information

Long-Term Member Service

Your relationship with members doesn't end after enrollment.

You'll also help provide ongoing support through:

  • Policy reviews
  • Beneficiary information updates
  • Coverage questions
  • Account and policy service requests
  • Claims-related guidance and assistance
  • Follow-up communication
  • Changes in family protection needs

This relationship-focused approach allows you to become a trusted resource for the families you serve.

Qualified Member Opportunities

☎️ Focus on Members Who Have Requested Information

Representatives receive access to qualified member opportunities, including individuals who have expressed interest in learning more about available benefits.

That means your time can be focused on:

  • Scheduled member conversations
  • Benefits education
  • Needs analysis
  • Virtual consultations
  • Enrollment assistance
  • Relationship building
  • Ongoing member service

No purchasing leads is required.

Our approach emphasizes education, service, and trust—not high-pressure sales tactics.

Compensation & Earning Potential

💰 Weekly Commission-Based Compensation

This is a performance-based, commission-driven opportunity rather than an hourly or salaried position.

Earning opportunities may include:

  • Weekly commission payments
  • Performance-based bonuses
  • Renewal and residual income opportunities
  • Leadership incentives
  • Recognition programs
  • Additional performance-based rewards

There is no predetermined hourly wage limiting earnings; however, compensation is directly tied to individual production and results.
