AO Globe Life is hiring a Remote Client Protection Specialist to help individuals and families understand insurance options that can support their financial security. This role involves connecting with prospective clients virtually, completing needs-based reviews, and providing clear education around life, accident, and supplemental health coverage.

Responsibilities

• Work with company-provided warm leads

• Schedule virtual appointments with prospective clients

• Identify insurance needs through thoughtful conversations

• Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options

• Answer client questions and provide helpful guidance

• Follow up consistently and maintain professional relationships

• Keep accurate records of client interactions

• Attend regular training and coaching sessions

Important Information About This Opportunity

This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.

Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:

• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense

No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
