AO Globe Life is hiring a Remote Member Services Associate to assist individuals, families, union members, credit union members, and association members as they explore insurance coverage options. You will work remotely with prospective clients, schedule appointments, and provide helpful education about available benefits.

Responsibilities
Connect with members and prospective clients through warm leads
Schedule and conduct virtual client appointments
Complete needs-based discussions
Explain life, supplemental health, and accident insurance coverage
Answer questions and provide timely client support
Follow up to maintain strong professional relationships
Keep organized records and complete required documentation
Participate in ongoing coaching and team development

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
