What You'll Do
- Conduct virtual consultations with individuals and families through Zoom
- Learn about each client's needs, priorities, and financial protection goals
- Educate clients on available life, accident, and supplemental benefit options
- Recommend appropriate coverage solutions based on individual circumstances
- Guide clients through the enrollment process from application to policy activation
- Maintain accurate digital records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
- Provide ongoing client support, including policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and account assistance when needed
- Build long-term relationships through consistent communication and exceptional service
- Participate in training programs, mentorship opportunities, and professional development sessions
