What You’ll Do
As a Remote Entry-Level Managing Agent, you will:
Conduct daily phone consultations with members from our established database
Assess financial needs and present appropriate life and supplemental benefit solutions
Clearly explain coverage options and guide members through the enrollment process
Maintain ongoing communication to answer questions, provide updates, and resolve concerns
Support existing policyholders with reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims assistance
Ensure full compliance with all legal, regulatory, and ethical standards
What We’re Looking For
Qualified candidates will demonstrate:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort working with technology in a virtual environment
Excellent organization, time management, and attention to detail
Self-motivation and the ability to work independently
A competitive, client-focused mindset
Sales or customer-facing experience (preferred, not required)
Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Coachability and a commitment to continuous professional growth
