What You’ll Do
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with members via phone or Zoom
Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
Guide members through the onboarding and enrollment process
Provide ongoing support including policy updates and general account assistance
Maintain accurate digital records and client documentation
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards
Deliver a high level of customer service to build long-term relationships
Ideal Candidate Profile
Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organization and time management in a remote environment
A self-motivated and service-focused mindset
Comfort using technology and managing digital workflows
A client-first, solution-oriented approach
Customer service or client-facing experience (helpful but not required)
Coachability and commitment to professional growth
