Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Account Specialist, you will:
Conduct scheduled virtual consultations with members using Zoom
Help individuals and families understand available coverage options
Guide clients through the onboarding and enrollment process
Provide ongoing account support, including policy updates and client inquiries
Maintain accurate digital records and documentation
Ensure compliance with company guidelines and regulatory standards
Deliver exceptional service to support long-term client satisfaction and retention
