Key Responsibilities

  • Guide new clients through the onboarding and enrollment process

  • Provide personalized support and address client questions with professionalism

  • Help clients understand available coverage options aligned with their goals

  • Respond to client inquiries in a timely and effective manner

  • Maintain accurate documentation and follow company compliance standards

  • Manage appointments and daily schedules to maintain productivity

  • Support relationship-building efforts to encourage long-term client engagement


Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Active listening and problem-solving abilities

  • Ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced remote environment

  • Comfortable working independently while collaborating with a team

  • Strong work ethic, reliability, and goal-oriented mindset

Prior experience in customer service, client support, or consulting roles is helpful but not required. Training and mentorship are provided.
