Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Entry-Level Managing Agent, you will:
Connect with members using our established database of individuals who have requested information
Assess financial protection needs and recommend appropriate benefit solutions
Clearly explain available coverage options and answer client questions
Maintain consistent follow-up throughout the application and enrollment process
Support active policyholders with policy reviews, beneficiary updates, and claims guidance
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory and ethical standards
Ideal Candidate Profile
This position is well suited for individuals who are motivated, coachable, and growth-oriented. Successful candidates typically demonstrate:
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfort using digital tools and virtual communication platforms
Excellent organization and time management abilities
Self-motivation and attention to detail
Customer service or sales experience (preferred but not required)
A competitive mindset and strong problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
Openness to mentorship, coaching, and continuous learning
No prior insurance experience is required. Training and licensing support are provided.
