What You'll Do
Meet virtually with clients using Zoom and phone.
Connect with qualified members who have requested information.
Educate clients on life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits.
Recommend personalized insurance solutions based on each client's needs.
Guide clients through the enrollment process with professionalism and care.
Manage existing client relationships through policy reviews and beneficiary updates.
Provide exceptional customer service and ongoing policy support.
Maintain accurate documentation while complying with company and state regulations.
Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and leadership development programs.

Experience in insurance, customer service, client success, retail, hospitality, healthcare, banking, education, military, administration, business development, or sales is welcomed—but not required.
