What You'll Do
As a Remote Benefits Representative, your role combines customer service, client relationship management, benefits education, and consultative insurance sales.
🤝 Connect With Clients
Meet with clients virtually through Zoom and phone appointments
Connect with qualified individuals who have requested benefit information
Ask questions to understand individual and family needs
Build professional, long-term client relationships
Deliver a positive and personalized client experience
📋 Educate & Assist With Enrollment
Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefits
Answer questions regarding coverage and available options
Recommend appropriate solutions based on individual needs
Guide eligible clients through applications and enrollment
Explain policy information clearly and professionally
Complete required documentation accurately
❤️ Provide Ongoing Customer Service
Conduct policy reviews
Assist with beneficiary updates
Answer policy and coverage questions
Provide continued client follow-up and support
Maintain accurate digital client records
Follow applicable company procedures and state insurance requirements

Instead of spending your day searching for random prospects, you'll connect with individuals who have requested information regarding available benefits.
