No previous insurance experience is required. We provide comprehensive training, licensing guidance, mentorship, and leadership development from day one.

What You'll Do
Meet virtually with members using Zoom and phone.
Connect with qualified members who have requested information.
Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the client experience.
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance benefit options.
Assess each client's needs and recommend personalized coverage solutions.
Guide members through the enrollment process.
Conduct policy reviews and assist with beneficiary updates.
Provide ongoing client support and claims assistance.
Maintain accurate documentation while following company and state compliance guidelines.
Participate in weekly coaching, mentorship, and professional development.
