Position Overview

As a Remote Insurance Representative, you'll meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments to understand their needs, explain available insurance benefits, and help them evaluate coverage options.

This role combines customer service, consultative insurance sales, benefits education, and relationship managementin a fully virtual environment.

You'll also provide ongoing service after enrollment, helping build long-term client relationships rather than focusing solely on a single transaction.


What You'll Do

Client Consultations & Benefits Education

  • Conduct scheduled virtual appointments through Zoom and phone
  • Identify individual and family insurance needs
  • Explain available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
  • Review policy features, coverage options, and available benefits
  • Answer client questions clearly and professionally
  • Provide needs-based insurance recommendations
  • Guide clients through applications and enrollment
  • Assist with required documentation and account information
  • Conduct policy reviews and discuss appropriate updates when needed

Client Relationship Management

  • Build lasting relationships through exceptional customer service
  • Maintain professional communication before and after enrollment
  • Assist with policy questions and ongoing service needs
  • Help clients with beneficiary and policy information updates when applicable
  • Provide timely follow-up and ongoing support
  • Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation
  • Handle client concerns professionally and efficiently
