Position Overview
As a Remote Benefits Specialist, you'll become a trusted resource for clients by helping them understand their available benefits and guiding them through the enrollment process—all from the comfort of your home.
Through scheduled Zoom and phone consultations, you'll build meaningful relationships while providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
Key Responsibilities

Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments
Educate clients on available benefits and coverage options
Guide clients through enrollment and application processes
Answer questions with professionalism, empathy, and care
Assist clients with policy updates and ongoing service
