Virtual Client Protection Advisor
Position Overview
AO Globe Life is hiring a Virtual Client Protection Advisor to work remotely with individuals and families reviewing important insurance coverage options. You will connect with clients who have requested information, learn about their needs, and guide them through a professional, needs-based insurance conversation.
You will receive warm leads, structured training, daily coaching, and mentorship so you can focus on building confidence, serving clients, and developing a successful client-facing career.
Responsibilities
Work with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
Schedule and lead virtual appointments
Learn about client needs, goals, and coverage concerns
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Help clients make informed decisions about coverage
Answer questions and provide clear, professional guidance
Follow up consistently and maintain client relationships
Participate in training and team development sessions

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
