Financial Protection Specialist
Position Overview
AO Globe Life is seeking a Financial Protection Specialist to help clients explore insurance solutions that may support their families during unexpected events. In this remote role, you will connect with prospective clients, complete virtual needs assessments, and explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.
You will receive the training, resources, coaching, and client leads needed to focus on building trusted relationships and growing your professional skills.
Responsibilities
Contact prospective clients using company-provided warm leads
Schedule and conduct virtual consultations
Review client needs through a needs-based process
Explain available life, supplemental health, and accident insurance options
Help clients understand product benefits and next steps
Follow up with clients in a professional and timely manner
Maintain accurate client information and communication records
Participate in ongoing development and coaching sessions

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
