🤝 Help Families Understand Their Benefits

As a Remote Benefits Representative, you'll serve as a professional resource for individuals and families interested in learning more about available financial-protection options.

Your responsibilities may include:

  • Meet with clients through scheduled Zoom and phone appointments

  • Connect with individuals and families interested in available benefits

  • Ask questions to better understand each client's needs and priorities

  • Listen carefully to questions and concerns

  • Explain benefit and coverage information in clear, understandable language

  • Help clients evaluate available options

  • Provide personalized, needs-focused recommendations

  • Assist eligible clients with applications and enrollment

  • Complete applicable documentation

  • Assist with beneficiary information

  • Conduct applicable benefit and policy reviews

  • Provide continued follow-up and client service

  • Maintain accurate digital client records and documentation

The goal is to create an experience centered on education, professionalism, trust, and dependable service.

🛡️ Benefits Education & Enrollment

Once appropriately licensed, you'll help clients understand available life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options.

Rather than using a one-size-fits-all approach, you'll learn how to identify individual and family protection needs and explain the options available to them.

Your role may include:

  • Conducting virtual benefits consultations

  • Reviewing client priorities

  • Explaining coverage features

  • Helping clients compare available benefit options

  • Answering questions

  • Providing needs-based recommendations

  • Guiding clients through applications

  • Assisting with enrollment

  • Helping complete required documentation

  • Supporting clients after enrollment

Our approach emphasizes education and informed decision-making rather than high-pressure sales tactics.

☎️ Qualified Client Opportunities Provided

Spend more time helping people and less time searching for prospects.

Representatives have access to qualified client opportunities, including individuals and families who have requested or expressed interest in receiving information about available benefits.

No lead purchasing is required.

The role does not rely on traditional cold calling.

Your focus is on:

Connecting → Understanding Needs → Educating → Recommending → Enrolling → Supporting

🇺🇸 Serve Working Families

AO Globe Life works with individuals and families, including members of labor unions, associations, veterans, and other working families.

You'll help clients better understand supplemental financial-protection options while providing professional service throughout the relationship.

This opportunity may be especially rewarding for individuals who enjoy:

  • Helping people

  • Explaining information

  • Solving problems

  • Building relationships

  • Providing customer support

  • Working toward measurable goals
