AO Globe Life is hiring a Financial Protection Associate to work remotely with individuals and families exploring insurance options. You will help clients learn about life, supplemental health, and accident coverage while providing a supportive and professional experience.

Responsibilities
Speak with prospective clients from company-provided warm leads
Schedule and conduct virtual appointments
Review client needs, priorities, and coverage concerns
Explain life, accident, and supplemental health insurance options
Recommend appropriate products and services
Follow up with clients in a timely manner
Maintain organized client records
Participate in ongoing training and mentorship

Important Information About This Opportunity
This is a 100% remote, independent contractor opportunity with American Income Life / Globe Life. Compensation is commission-based and performance-driven; this is not an hourly or salaried position.
Candidates selected to move forward should be prepared to:
• Be at least 18 years of age and legally eligible to work in the United States
• Provide their own computer/laptop, webcam, reliable high-speed internet, and professional remote workspace
• Complete required training and participate in virtual meetings
• Obtain the appropriate state Life & Health Insurance License before conducting licensed insurance activities
• Complete applicable pre-licensing coursework, examinations, and state licensing requirements at the candidate’s expense
No prior insurance experience is required. Training, mentorship, licensing guidance, and ongoing professional development are provided.
